The first-year transferable-skills seminar for Helmholtz Research
School PhD students took place in Schloss Buchenau.
Tutors from Imperial College London together with tutors from Helmholtz centers offered a three-day program to prepare new students to work successfully on their PhD projects. In addition to lectures that provide theoretical background, participants experience the importance of collaboration, time management, and feedback.
