The seminar is intended to enable students to improve their writing skills. I will explain important issues to consider when writing the title, abstract, introduction , discussion, materials and methods and figure legends. Moreover, I will introduce several rules that help to make a text clear and understandable. Each participant should bring an abstract (1 page; 1.5 space, font size 12) that describes his/her Ph.D. work. We will together analyze and correct the text. The abstract should be mailed to me well in advance (before 15 th of April) to u.b.kaupp@caesar.de
