The second-year transferable skills seminar on Communication and Presentation Skills in June 2011 took place near Stuttgart. The course was conducted by the tutors Esat and Paul from Imperial College London and is part of the three-year Transferable-Skills programme with modules for each year of the theses projects. Participants from Helmholtz Research Schools all over Germany improved their skills in abstract writing as well as preparation of talks and posters.
