General Physics Seminar winter 2009/10

(20 minutes talk followed by 10 minutes discussion)

This seminar is not a part of the official BioSoft programme, and participation is in no sense compulsory.

The seminar is meant to cover topics from a wide range of physics, and to help physics students to prepare for general physics question rounds in their PhD defense. However, all non-physics students are welcome to join the seminar, and to give talks in the seminar as well. The talks should provide us with a broad overview of each topic, explaining the main ideas and results, but not going into too much detail.
